These terms apply to use of Shiralee Coleman's artist website. Event bookings are subject to a separate written agreement.
1. Website information
The site introduces Shiralee's music, performances and collaborations. Historical chart, streaming and career highlights are presented in their stated context and may not reflect current figures. Availability, event requirements and fees must be confirmed with management.
2. Intellectual property and press materials
Music, photographs, artwork, branding and other material are owned by their respective rights holders. All Rights Reserved. Viewing this site does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial licence.
The EPK is available to review for booking, media and professional enquiries. Downloading it does not automatically authorise republication of photographs, music, logos or other assets. Ask management about approved uses, credits and third-party permissions. Brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Responsible use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious content, misuse personal information, or use the site to infringe another person's rights. Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share.
4. Enquiries, bookings and payments
An enquiry, meeting request or website button does not itself confirm a performance booking. A booking is confirmed only in accordance with the written agreement issued by the relevant contracting party. Please review the Bookings & Cancellations information.
Online scheduling, payments and newsletter subscription are not currently activated. No payment is taken through this website.
5. External links
External platforms have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. Check these before using those services. Links do not grant rights to third-party content or guarantee that an external service will be available.
6. Availability and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep information useful, but content may change and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for loss arising from use of this informational website is limited. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights, guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
7. Updates and contact
