1. Requesting a booking

Provide the event date, venue or location, event type, expected audience and performance requirements. Management will discuss availability, suitability, scope and a quotation. A discovery meeting is a conversation about your needs and is not a confirmed artist engagement.

2. Written agreement and contracting details

Before accepting an engagement or requesting payment, management will provide the relevant contracting party's details and written booking terms. Review the performance scope, timing, venue requirements, technical rider, travel arrangements, fees, taxes, payment schedule and any deposit conditions before agreeing.

No standard fee, deposit percentage, cancellation charge or refund schedule is imposed by this informational page.

3. Payments

Online Calendly scheduling and Stripe payment are not currently activated on this website. Do not send card details by email or through the enquiry form. If online payments are enabled later, review the amount, currency, service description and applicable terms before proceeding. Verify unexpected payment instructions directly with management.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Request changes, postponements or cancellations in writing as soon as possible. Any applicable charges, deposit treatment, rescheduling options, artist unavailability provisions and refunds depend on the written agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in the agreement or this page removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Refund eligibility must be assessed consistently with those rights.
