A lot of people ask me what I do, exactly.
This question has led me here to explain: Any one day isn’t the same in my world.
But the tools that I use are constant.
For many years I have specialized mainly in the fashion industry, in roles including brand, marketing & PR manager, ranging from big established international brands to start up emerging labels – in essence making these more visible and devising a strategic plan to raise their profile and their message.
I started my own business this year as it has been something I have always wanted -and it really has been an incredible experience. I wear many hats: PR manager, creative director, blogger, model, stylist, event management, and business consultant.
This also explains why every day is quite different to the next…
This could range from securing press for one of my clients, sending samples out, (also receiving a lot of product into my office!) writing editorials and modelling in photo shoot features, organizing events – fashion launches, shows, and after parties, to doing a company marketing strategy, or styling and producing a new campaign.
I love what I do and I am very blessed that I work with some incredible and inspiring brands. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love being creative but I have a business mind too, so my work satisfies both my heart and my head.
Next coming up on the calendar is The Diamond Party at Hugos Lounge on the 2nd November then off for some travel coverage of some beautiful locations including The Fairmont and Raffles in Makati, Manila and also El Nido Resorts in Palawan. I am so excited about showing you my favourite island holiday destination – the Philippines. Stay tuned!
